Very bad bad service
I took out a contract with Blue label connect. Got the phone for 8 months , I send in the the phone because the battery was swollen , I was told it will take 7 to 14 days it took 6 weeks with no feedback. I had to phone to follow up. Received my phone today with a report that is not even full. The report says BER - device is sticky and liquid detected. When I gave the courier my phone it was working , the only problem was the battery. I put the phone on charge now to see if it will go on , it doesn't charge ,so how do I know that the battery was changed. The phone has a line in the middle off the screen , which it didn't have when it was send for repairs
Don't think anything was done on my device But Im required to pay
I phoned them and I qa told that I can get a new device but I must pay an amount which I must wait 7 to 10 working for.
Soni got home last night and checked my EMEI number , only to find out it is different from the phone I send in l.
I didn't receive my phone back as BER is it another phone.
I called the contact person for Cell C Connect Centre and he tells me I can only be assisted on Wednesday.
I phoned Blue Label Connect
The first lady told me that it is my phone but I requested a quote for a refurbished phone and I explained to her that yes I did but only because I thought that it was my phone.
Phone call got cut
Phoned again got a different person Tomane and she tells me that the phone I received was the refurbished phone
So now I'm confused , a refurbished phone with a lock password on and with a screen that has lines on it
Why wasn't my phone send back to me
The BEr report is for a EMEI ***
And my EMEI is ***
Do these people now what they doing
