Urgent cancellation

My father is very ill, he cant get out of bed to go to a store. We' ve been waiting for 2 weeks for feedback for a sim swap. He need his sim. You can take his money but you cant to this. Are you a **** or what please immediatly stop this stupid contract. He cant get out of bed to go to a store anyone just cancel this now. Vodacom will do the swop telephonical. Please all his stuff is on there.
