Good day<br> <br> I have called rmcs for a swip swop for my cell c sim but instead im getting the run around saying I need to call cell c, cell c says they cant help me but Rmcs can do it from their side, please assist as this has been going on since 2011 and im tired of this #$@* I need the sim swop because im being billed every month, assist asap.
