Update my credit record

I,ve been making a follow up on this account since last year September i paid up their account 7 months later my credit record is still not updated..i really don't know what to do anymore..my daughter couldn't go to university this year because i couldn't qualify for any credit because of this account that keeps on reflecting on my record for overdue amount ..

on the 7th of Feb i sent the proof of payment again and was told that my account will be updated by the 15th but update nothing has happened..i was not working for 3 yrs and i have worked hard to clear this account..now im working and im stuck and can't do anything.

Im really disgusted by this service i never experienced such incompetency..7 months later no one is willing to assist..i don't owe this company a cent but their name is still reflecting under my credit report as overdue..can Blue label connection update my credit record
