Unsatisfactory service

About 2 weeks ago I was contacted and approved for a phone. With doing everything on the call. The agent said the phone will be delivered in a weeks time. It's now gone 2 weeks and the delivery has not come yet. Also when you connect their call centre number given through the sms confirmation.. You Cannot get through to any agents. I've wasted time and airtime trying to call the customer service with regards to my phone. But it's all been a waste of time and effort.
