Unprofessional, Rude and arrogant

This is by far the worst company I have ever been in contact with. A few months back I have received the first phone call from them, a minimum of about 5 in one day. I have asked numerous times to stop phoning me and as this has become borderline harassment. I have requested on a number of occasions to please remove my contact details from their database as they are spamming a company phone with phone calls. The phone calls has stopped for some time. Yesterday I Blue Label phoned again, I have asked them again to please remove my details form their database or else I will be left with no choice but to take this further.

Then came today. I received the call from Abraham. I have instructed him to remove my details from their systems, because they are now harrassing me and if the calls don't stop, I will be forced to take this matter further. He had a very ****y attitude, asking me if I am sure I can do that and why am I being rude to him. The conversation got heated and I have lost my temper for a moment. I did curse (I apologize for that one) asked to not phone me again and dropped the call. 5 seconds later another call came in with the same voice and he is Junior phoning. Told him to stop phoning me and dropped the call. 5 seconds later another call came in from the same idiot, Mr Adellade. I asked to speak to a manager, he came back as someone else saying he is the manager. I asked him if he thinks he is funny and he is making life hard for himself. I eventually kept quiet and he dropped the call. Next moment I got another call from the same guy and started speaking in Zulu, thinking it's a massive joke.

I am going to take this matter further as this is very unprofessional and irritating. I want recordings of all phone calls made to me today, with all call information. I do not want PR or a junior manager contacting me. I want the head of sale to get in touch with me and I want to find out how this matter will be dealt with and what implications this individual will face. Unfortunately, all actions have reactions and implications, and he took matters too far today to be left with no implications.
