Unprofessional and bad service

I bought blu voucher using ussd *120*20083# from my Game Account. I bought for R200 but I didn't get my token but they took my money. Again I bought R50 still money gone but no token. On the 10 February I lodged a complaint and they gave me this reference number Gn*** till date no feedback, nothing. Every time when I call the agent says they are still waiting for the feedback. It's been two weeks now. Either they return the money back to my account or give me my two tokens
