Unprofessional

I received a call to receive a device , everything went through , over the next days I got a text to say my delivery was unsuccessful. then this morning someone calls me saying the want to deliver my package but at my work address , I gave them my home address as im working from home . i now need to take time off to wait for this phone that might never come . i wont be paying no fees for delivery as I have been home waiting .

i didn't even get a email to explain my contract and terms . not vey happy
