Till today I haven't managed to make a simple sim swap apparently now there's a problem with i don't know with what department for the last I think 3 weeks I'm gonna call now to hear what story is it today wish me luck

01 Jun 2022, 11:06Good Day Mr. Penyane, kindly note that you need to Purchase a Un Rica Vodacom sim card at your nearest Vodacom outlet and email the cell phone number and the new sim serial number to *** so we can send it to our network department for assistance.
