******** debit orders

They have a very bad service .. i ordered a contract phone from them.. they delivered it ,, but they didnt bring the phone i ordered.i took it back the same time with the delivery guy .. after the guy left with the phone i gave them a call so theyll know that ive returned the phone our conversation on the phone went well they agreed that theyll cancel everything and that theyll be no debit orders that will take place.. after that first month end i got a debit order from them i called them again furious wanting to know why i got a debit order for a phone that i didnt even collect .. they told me that they dont know what happened cos they cancelled everything ,, can you imagine a company not having answrs for their actions ? Ok fine after a few days i got a call from the company it was a guy telling me that he was calling me to tell me that theyll be no more debit orders done from my account i asked if ill get a reversal from there he said no that was a charge for the delivery in which they already debited R100 for the delivery before delivering the phone.. i asked him why no one explained to me that ill be charged twice he said he doesnt know.. ok fine, i told that guy its fine aslong as his telling me that theyll be no debit orders done anymore on my bank account ... ok then came month end again i got another debit order from them.. i called them again to find out whats going on they told me that theyve been calling me during the month i asked what about cos ive spoken to them more than 10 times... i told the lady that i just want my reversal for all the money theyve been taking from me .. she promised that theyll give me a call .. i called again i was promised to be called till today
