this company offered me a contract in October the phone was sent to me, two weeks after getting the phone it started freezing. i immediately reported it and they took about 2 more weeks to come fetch it. eventually they sent me a new phone again 3 weeks after receiving the 2nd phone it was having the same problems as the 1st one and i reported again. they promise to come fetch and fix it, this was in this was now somewhere late Dec/early January. they never came to fetch it and eventually because of the incompetency i called them and told them i dnt want the phone anymore and i want to cancel the contract because they keep telling me lies. as i am siting here i have been without a phone for over 3 months but they keep debiting my account every 15th. i called again today a lady named Candice was rude and very impatient with me when i explained what i have been explaining since December 2021. eventually some guy called me with *** forgot his name but he was very rude told me that i will have to pay a certain percentage for cancelling the contract and when i tried to tell him that the fault is on their part not mine because i have been reporting for months and they ignored me, he told me to tell him when i am done talking and dropped the phone on my ear..taking money from my account even though i have not been using the phone is ******** and **********. i want my refund for the months and they should come fetch their useless phone. i dnt knw whats worse, them taking my money without me getting the service i agreed to pay for or the fact that there is never a reference number for the call to refer back to or the fact that when u ask to speak to the manager you r told there is none
