******** agreement binding!!

I was forced into being in a contract with Blue Label without my knowledge. In 2017 I purchased a phone through them and they somehow changed my Cell C account into theirs. Everytime I have a issue or concern regarding Cell C, I call them and they redirect me to Blue Label and I have never resolved anything through Blue Label because they always say they will get back to me and they never have! I have tried speaking to Team Leaders, Managers, the works, no one EVER assists! I have nothing that I owe to Blue Label so I do not understand how they are able to hold me under duress when I do not want to be under them! I buy Cell C airtime but I am constantly redirected to Blue Label for queries they clearly can't fix! They are useless and I want someone to advise on a way to terminate this contract which I don't even understand why it's binding because I dont owe them anything! Blue Label is the pits!
