Unknown Contract

<p>Good Day</p> <p> </p> <p>Iam Natasha Shibambu and Iam a prepaid customer with Vodacom..This morning when I checked my airtime I noticed that I have R55 airtime which I do not know where it comes from. </p> <p> </p> <p>I called vodacom for clarity and i nd I was told that my number was contacted by the RMCS dealer</p> <p> </p> <p>firstly I have no idea who this dealer is</p> <p> Secondly I have no knowledge of signing any contract deal, so how has my Number been contracted..I tried to contact you guys on the 087 number but the lady I spoke to was no help at all and when I call now no one picks up</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>may you please clarify to me what is going on and why??</p> <p> </p> <p>kind Regards </p> <p>Natasha</p> <p> ********** 082</p>
