Unhappy client

Since September and don't say I am lying to remove my review because I have emails that people reply weeks later The second debit order went of and yet they say my cancelation has been submitted . They received their goods sealed and untouched I never open the goods .

They ignore me and never get back to me I demand my to debit orders to be refunded immediately
