Unhappy client

Received this phone 3 weeks back that's the disaster I have ever received. wrong phone delivered. after 2 days the phone shut down not responding at all. been trying to call the service provider without success. sent them an email but even now the phone is here not working but i have been reaped off R380 deduction. this is the poorest service i have ever received.
