unhappy about their service

This is my second review about this company i am fuming now because i gave them a benefit of the doubt, they took their phone that was not working by pushing them not willingly ( by hellopeter ) i am now waiting for my new phone to go to "repairs" its been two weeks now have not heard anything from them. call them last week as always they said the will get back to me, honestly m tired of them if they do not come back to me this month i am going to cancel their debit order because now i am paying for something that i do not have. Now i am calling the is no answer since in the morning.
