Unhappy

I signed up a contract which I telephonically canceled the very next day. On the 29th April they debit my account R479. After going onto my bank to stop return the debit order i was told they can't that blue label connect had blocked the debit order. Contacted them asking for an immediate refund and sending me an email to confirm they going to refund I was given every story under the sun. After 5 called speaking to 5 different people with different stories. I wasn't sent the email or the cancelation letter. Nor my refund. I wonder how many people are ****med like this. It's very sad.
