Unfair debit order and consultant not helping wth information

Unfair treatment by blue label connect........

I have a cellphone deal wth blue label connect which am paying by debit order.so it happen in January they debit twice and on the 31st i call for refund they told me about their policy of 7 to 14 working days and then i call on the 13 they say i will get my money on the 14 of Feb latest will be monday of 17 and then monday pass tuesday the 18 i call they say it is 14 days which is ended yestaday 20 of February i call this morning they telling me that i will get my money on the 28 of February imagine they are going to deduct again on the 26 of February so it is unfair to me they bridge the contract and if i bridge the contract i will have to pay more this is unfair
