Uncaring Staff

I signed a contract with Blu label connect and they promised to courier the phone yesterday. I took a day off waiting for the courier guys until I got the message that I was uncontactable and had to return the package back. I phoned Lue label and Courier IT informing them tha I was available but never got any help. Even today the same happened and had to wait again for the package.

The delivery guy called me to say I must come to the Atteridgeville Police station today because he is waiting for me there while I was at work outside Pretoria Nobody pre arranged with me for today delivery. He was also very rude and had to terminate the call. Blue Label Connect YOU ARE NOT TAKING YOUR CLIENTS SERIOUSLY!!. JUST CANCEL THE CONTRACT!!

Kindly note as per our logistics department delivery was reschedule for your home address, kindly advise if an agent confirm the address for Atteridgeville? as per our note that was arranged with you. Please advise if we should reschedule with the Courier again as we have attempted to contact you, but your contact number is currently on voicemail.
