Unauthorized Mobile Content subscription deductions from my Game account

From January 2025 I started seeing unauthorized Blue Label Mobile Content subscription deductions from my Game account. I never subscribed for this and neither did I receive any service to warrant these transactions. What's shocking is in January 1 deduction was made, February no deduction at all, March 4 deductions, April, May and June 3 deductions that I see from my Game statement. Which goes to show they are just deducting money from people's accounts Willy nilly. This is totally unacceptable since I long requested for a cancelation of this, something I'm told is being processed only to keep being deducted. One consultant says the sales call used to make the sale is valid. I've requested for a recording which has not been availed to me. This is VERY WRONG! I cannot continue to be ****** from and paying for a service I neither subscribed for nor am I consuming. I NEED A FULL REFUND AND CANCELATION OF THIS ******* SUBSCRIPTION!!!!!
