Unauthorized debit order

For two months my bank account was debited and when i called to check what is it that I'm being charged for because i couldn't recall having any deal with this company . I was told the system was down the gentleman assisting took my details and promised someone will call back and again yesterday i had to call and i was told to leave my details they will investigate and call me back. I am losing patience right now. Can someone call me with a better explanation as to what's going on.
