Unauthorized airtime contract / sim swap

My cellphone has been put on contract by Rmcs without my permission, i first received R55 in December 2017, then i ignored it thinking its Vodacom reward because i have been using this number for the past 10 years. On the 02 January 2018 i lost my phone i then went to Vodacom to peform a sim swap then i was told that my number is on contract with Rmcs therefore they cant make me a sim swap. they gave me Rmcs number i called and waited for about 10 - 20 minutes before i could talk to a consulted, then the consulted was rude and impatient she then said my problem will be solved they will call me within 24-48 hours. Im still waiting for their call. its been two weeks now without me having my phone and i use that number for my business. what more do i have to do? i tried calling them they no longer answer my calls.. i went to Jet store the manager called on my behalf then gave me a phone soon as they picked up but i still couldn't get help. the consulted told me they already took my number from contract i can go to Vodacom and do a sim swap , she claimed they've sent me an email of which they did not. Im still waiting. what can i do ?? I really need that number.. please someone help i cant take this anymore Im enough without RMCS. THESE PEOPLE ARE RUDE AND HEARTLESS.
