Unauthorized AEDO

I was offered a phone in February, they delivered the wrong one and was advice not to open the package, they've sent a corrier guy to take it back.. I paid them twice for their delivery but to my surprise they are still debiting(aedo) from my account. This is unacceptable because they know very well that it's irreversible

Please assist
