Unauthorised Registration

<p>I received an sms offering me R50 airtime in exchange for my points and I responded to it because they had disguised as my network provider. A few days later I got the airtime and to my suprise all my incoming calls were displaying 'unknown' meaning their identity was hidden therefore I couldn't even return a call when I get a 'missed call' notification.. Like most visctims I was informed by vodacom customer care that I have subscribed to a contract with RMCS without having spoken to any sales agent. When I called them they took me from pillar to post and no one could answer the one question I asked them: who gave you CONSENT to put me on contact?? . When I spoke to a supervisor they failed to even tell me how I am going to pay that R50 because I don't even have an account at Edcon. The last supervisor I spoke to after several attempts to get an update on how far they are with the cancellation,is Pauline and she was of no use like all of them.</p>
