Unauthorised Mobile Content Subscription- Blue Lable

I hold an account with Edgar’s and typically do not review my statements. However, today I noticed a recurring charge of R24.99 that appears quite frequently each month. I did not authorise this amount to be deducted, as I am unaware of its purpose. I reached out to the call center, and the representative I spoke with was eager to cancel the subscription. When I inquired about what it was for, she admitted she did not know, despite working for Blue Connect. I requested to speak with someone who could provide clarity on the subscription, but she placed me on hold until the call ended abruptly.
