Unauthorised Cellphone contact: Blue Label Connect

Good evening, Complains at Hello Peter I am so disappointed and frustrated as a Game store account holder, I kept paying my account and noticed the transactions of R299,00 monthly stating its Blue Label Connect when I enquired with Game . Game told me I took a contract phone and since I had never had a contract phones, then game transferred me to this so called Blue label company, since May 2025, I was told the transaction has been stopped . Even now each month I monitor my statement from game this company is busy deducting these fees, I lodge a complain with then they’ll promise me all will be sorted, my money has not yet been refunded, instead they keep sending me from one pillar to another with different reference numbers!! So I am putting this to you to make people aware of this reap off where one is not even in a position of cellphone
