Unanswered calls

I have a problem with RCMS I called them so many times but they don't answer their phones I would like to cancel their airtime contract. I was not aware that this will continue forever as they said it will only be for 6 months but 6 months turned to be a lifetime I want to settle and close my Edgars account and I don't want them to block my cell number as I have it for many years and it is important to me I heard so many stories about people who their phone numbers were blocked by RMCS if they close their accounts. I want to part ways with them in a good manner but they don't answer their phone ********** 011 the machine welcome's you then the music goes on and on forever
