Unable to peform sim swap; RMCS is a misleading company that contracted me without my consent

It my surprise to discover that I'm in contract with RMCS because I don't even have clothing account with Jet or Edgars. What is worse is I'm stuck with no hope of ever having my mobile number back as I have been trying to consult with ********** 011 which is the number I was referred to by Vodacom call centre, unfortunately with no luck but loss of money as it is not a free call. I am so disappointed and stranded because I don't know what to do. I never knew I was on contract RMCS with up until I phoned Vodacom for sim swap.
