Unable to do anything about my old number, block nor do a sim swap

<p>November 2016 I only found out that my number ********** 818 was on contract without my knowledge, so I contacted Vodacom and they told me that im on contract with RMCS and I called them and asked for them to check and see if my number was contracted to them, they simply told me that they could not find me on their system and that they would call me back within 24hrs of which they did not so now im struggling to block and do a swip swap on the number since I got ****** in December.</p>
