*****ulent activities in this company

This company de*****ed me, I didn't know about them until I tried to do a sim swap with Vodacom, only to find out that I'm in a contract with Blue label connect, of which I never heard nor took a contract with this company. I called them the next day and they were so unhelpful and unprofessional, when I asked them about this so called contract they said they give me airtime monthly and when I asked them how because I've never taken a contract with them they said oh actually your number is not in our system but a couple of seconds ago, I was told I'm under a airtime contract, when I asked them to assist with a sim swap they said they cannot do it but they write me an authorisation email to let Vodacom do a sim swap for me but it will only take 14days, I then asked for a case reference number and an explanation of how this has happened, the lady did a classic sorry mam I can't hear you, your line is bad, by the way her name was Olwethu, then I called again and another consultant gave me this reference number *** and when I requested for an explanation of how they got hold of my information and how this contract happened, she did the same thing and pretend not to hear me. Hello Peter please help me with this as my life is on hold and that number is linked to my business and I'm currently in the job market and recruiters are not able to get hold of me on my phone.
