Trouble deliverung my phone

I buy a contract phone through blue label, but on a friday night at 20:02 in the evening they informed me that they couldn't get hold of me in delivering the phone. My work adress as per their choice has been given up as delivering. They do sent me a sms with a number to contact them. But unfortunately they only working office hours between Monday to Fridays. So how am I supposed to contact them with my problem. Do they expect of me to sleep at work until they decides to deliver the phone.
