Trouble cancelling so called contract

<p>RMCS called me last year on behalf of edgars offering me R60 airtime on my edgars account for R25 per month. As i have been buying airtime on my edgars account, a fact which they knew, I did not think anything of it. Now my number shows up as private all the time and when i tried to fix it vodacom told me that my number is now a contract number with RMCS. I have tried to cancel the contract with them but they keep telling me they will log my query and I will be phoned back but nothing happens. When i ask to be transfered to the people who are supposed to call me it is said that they do not have a phone, and this is very *****. They also saying that my contract is within its period so it can't be canceled which i find very strange and unacceptable because i was never told that this would be a contract or that a contract period will be applicable or even told of any terms or conditions. I need this contract to be cancelled because I find that people are now not answering my calls because my number shows up as private. </p>
