TOY PHONE AT A VERY EXAGERATED PRICE

I bought a phone in October last year, the phone was giving me problems in December already... I called Blue label and I am still waiting for a technician even know.

I am escalating this matter to the National Consumer board, this headsets is of low quality and the price for it is very high. When I listen to simple music the phone over heats and turns off. They are selling undervalue products at a very high rate you are not even able to get parts for this phone.

I called again today as this phone 's battery is forever flat, the agent noticed I logged a query in December and the call cut off, I tried calling in again for 5times and I am muted then the call hang up.

This is day light *******, this phone started giving me problems within 3 months and I am on my 5th month its already dying on me yet the contact is not even half way.

I will not be ****** by BLUE LABEL. this is bull ****, this phone is useless, where have you seen an overheating phone at R8200....

I want this contract terminated as I have paid for 5months already the phone is damaged... in fact I want a refund.

you are selling toys not phones..

I am expecting my money and a termination for this contract

I am going to expose this company. and report it to the NCA
