Hi I am struggling to get my 2 refunds of R479 from BLC since last year December 2025 which I never had any phone contract with the above company they were asking me for several bank statements which I've provided and up until now I am still waiting I've send them numerous emails which I haven't received any response from them and the lady that I have dealt with her name is Saskia and there's always plenty of stories when I make contact with them every time I called them the only thing that they ask for is bank statements and nothing happened after that I am very furious with the customer services that they are providing
