This company is ****

I was double debited twice in 2 consecutive months and when I ask for a refund I was told they are busy doing a refund and everything when I call them no one did a refund for me and until today I was told there is no request done for me and when I checked in my credit report it reflects that I have not paid them for 4 months now and yet they have debited. I have also reported that their phone is not functioning properly and no one ever called and advised what is the way forward and I was told I can return it or they can't fix it for me.
