This company converted my cell number to contract

This company has converted my cell number to contract without my permission, when I investigate the matter I was told that I have responded to their sms. I ask them to terminate it with immediate effect they had refused. I don't need a contract because I can afford to buy air time myself. I spoke to Ruth Mnisi and Tahndi snail, Ruth promised to assist but when I call her she don't want to speak to me she keep on avoiding my calls. I request a copy of a contract they refused to send it.
