They force you to be their customer

<p>Hi, my name is Elelwani Mphaphuli, am very much disturbed with rcms contract. I have a contract with them, where am "paying R25" while they give me R60 airtime monthly.I did not know my number will be converted to them. Since last year October am facing a challenge. All the incoming calls on my phone says number unknown and also the outgoing calls says the same. In december I went to edgars thohoyandou and raised my query and I was told a consultant will call me because I wanted to cancel their contract. The consultant called me and he said the contract is cancelled but he was lying my phone still receives airtime and th3 numbers are still unkonwn. Then I went to Edgars burgerfort four times ..they keep telling me a consultant will call me but up to this day am still waiting frustrated...am fed up with rcms .I DO NOT WANT THEIR CONTRACT ..am missing important calls because of them....my reference number is EDCN-170 ********** 073...</p>
