They dont want to cancell the **** contract

Hi.my number is ***.<br> Ive been using vodacom network and this so called RMCS put my number in their contract.so i want to have it cancelled now.i called a week ago to have it removed..3 days ago i also called again,spoke to ntokozo and confirmed they will have the contract remove that i want to go back to vodacom prepaid..they even gave me the reference number which is EDCN *** 584 yet till this day it was never removed.this is not acceptable as i want to freely enjoy benefits of using vodacom
