They claim to respond but never do!!!

If I could give it a ZERO rating, I would. After having left a review, they pretended to care by sending an email for me to expect a call... It's been 2 and a half Weeks no refund and no call. Instead, the telesales marketers are still trying to sell me more ****my subscriptions! Can someone read my emails with the reference number received from your support CENTER (***-116415 - Urgent Cancellation) and respond to me please! This company is definitely ****ming RCS customers.

I am shocked that these companies are even affiliated with each other.
