They are ***** and have the worst work ethics

I received an sms with regards to getting airtime via my Jet account on the 25th they decided to upgrade my prepaid line to a contract without my consent. Now all incoming calls are unknown and have called their call centre numerous times and they keep on saying 48 hrs sent emails noone bothers to come back to you. You are the worst company I have ever dealt with the law says be transparent when getting people to commit to your services. Cancel that damn contract and please remove my number from your database if I wanted a contract line would have made my way to Vodacom at least they are proffessionals. I am really irate with this company!
