They **** about the quality of the phone.

I'm paying R480 pm on a phone that is utterly useless. New they cost R1600. It's an unheard of brand called Ulefone. They want to charge me R5000 odd rand to send their phone back and cancel it. That's nearly 3 times more than the phone costs brand new. Short of changing my bank details and blocking them from accessing my account in future.
