THEFT IN CONTRACT NAME

I concluded a twenty four months topup cellphone contract with Blue Label Connect around Dec 2021.The issue with these fools.They send an ealry authenticated debit order any date any time.

On 23 Sept 2022,Blue Label Connect out of the blue,sent a debit order and cleaned my account of the last available funds of the month resulting me stuck in the Mall.

Having debit and commited theft in the contract name,there was no R50 airtime and twenty five sms credited to the cellphone sim card rendering Blue Label Connect goons, who ***** in the contract name.

The agreement was that Blue Label will send a debit order on the las day of the month which is the 15th of each month or last friday of the month if the pay date falls on a weekend for 24 Months.

Blue Label Connect claim that the account is in arrears without any sound proof and explanation resulting in the account with five(5) unconsented advance payments

There are no missed payments in this regards. There are clear bank records on my side.

It was difficult to bury my mother last weekend .Blue Label debited my account four times in one month including the funeral claim funds,in the name of a contract.

I further registered in May 2023 that there were two debits from Blue Label Connectas per my bank records.It is not known how does an account get into arrears when it was not in arerears and also debited twice.

Blue Label Connect were warned to stop this goon behaviour telephonically and in writing as per the email correspondences on the dates.

Despite repeated warnings to stop this goon habbit,they take an advantage that an early authentuicated debit roder cannot be reversed.

I need a few people,with the same expoereince so that we take down these goons.

We need to file a petition to the relevant tribunal to suffocate these goons by imposing a hefty fine on them and further claim refunds in full for the monies ****** in the contract name to all affected customers like me.

We do not need business like Blue Label Connect in an ICT industry considerring that South Africa is a developing country.
