Thee worst cell phone contract ever!!!!.. Don't recommend it at all.. Its never-ending mare.

This is by far thee worst customer service and cell phone contract I have ever "jailed" myself into. Within a span of 12 months in the 24 month contract I have with this company the phone had 4 replacements with the exact problem for all of them. To a point of the compaby no longer sending me back the replacement phone on the 4th occassion, this is the second month that they are deducting funds off ny account with no replacement phone being sent back to me. I've sent numerous emails and made a number of phone calls to them and to no care, customer support or at least the decency for anyone in this company to take the time to get back to me. After now 2 months of not having a phone and their company just doing away with my money on their debit orders no one is at least responding to my emails or the least to call me back. Its almost as though Im calling in to talk to scripted robots than people who have a sense of customer centricity, they dont give a single damn about responding to their customer complaints. I dont even know who else csn help me with this now as my bamk also is refusing to reject/block their de*****eck on my account. I'm writting this review now as an extremely aggrivated and trouble-hearted customer. I will never ever get a cellphone contract ever again or have any association with them ever again. For now it seems I must endure this level of appalingly messed up situation I have put myself in with them. I do not recommend this to anyone.
