The worst company to buy from

I took out a contract with this people a week ago so on delivery they didn't tell me not to use the device for 72 and anyway I open the laptop and router to see if it's working the laptop has an admin block on and I cannot access the laptop I called endlessly until today a supervisor by the name of Qwanele told me they will have to send the laptop for repairs I mean if it's a brand new laptop why must it go for repairs they have already debited my account I told them to cancel the contract and to come and colectomy their ******* that they sell I am repulsed by this type of service they are the worst company I've ever came across and I mean for a note book R650. 00 a month and not to get the service you need so for the next 24 months while paying off this account I will have to deal with this unprofessional people the level of incompetence
