The thieving Blue label

So after years of following up I am told that Blue Label will not refund me my money. I bought airtime via My Banking App and did not receive it. I called and called till eventually they said they did the transaction so they not held responsible. I lost money and they telling me "oh well move on" and yet they get too keep money for no reason, which essentially is *****ing. My ref is CAS-723396-W7C8M9. I called Telkom and they said they never received any funds for the transaction therefore will not load any airtime. While I was speaking to a friend about this he too told me that he had a problem with such. Not only did he experience this but so did his wife, sister, parents and Neighbor. I am shocked that these ******* are allowed to get away with this crime for a long time.

This is such a disappointment from this company
