terrible service by blue label connect. never use their service.

I ordered a cellphone through blue label on the start on February, to which they indicated that the package would be delivered the same day, it is now 17n days later, i have not received the package, I don't have a tracking number for the package, their call center doesn't work as I waited on hold for a consultant for 12 hours, wasting more then R200 worth of airtime.

i would not advise anyone to use their services and rather use other companies such as mondo or mtn/vodacom to do their cellphone deals.
