:: Terrible Service

Well i hate to complain but is has become quite frustrating when you receive 2 texts from your service provider, 1 telling you that DSV couriers will be delivering your package in 7 to 10 days, and the 2nd text, a debit that comes off your account for this package, that i still have not received. The courier company does not have a package for me and Blue Label Connect passes your call onto different departments to assist you which eventually gets cut off, on 7 occasions. I think it is now fair that i put a complaint regarding this sort of ridicule.
