Terrible service

I got a contract i didnt apply for, they blocked my BIS and ither services!!!Everytime i call them they tell me they will get back to me in 48hours but it been 10 days already!!!I even tried to cancel the damn cobtract but was rold to wait \48 hours"!!! """
