Taking a ****

I was mis-sold on a phone I did not apply for - a different devise was send all together - I found it very insulting - and tricky to try and call these people and communicate. So it's easier to mis-sell but no contract back - lines get dropped on customers and making silly jones in the background.

it's simple - I need this devise returned and my money back (not complicated right)- (of which I tried taking It back to cell C - but I understand it's a third party - but they're giving cell c a bad name)
