Take your S*** Back and Refund us!!

My husband received a call from Blue Label Connect/Telecoms -what ever this company is called! They are very helpful when it comes to selling a product and rubbing it off on you...UNTIL, they send you a cell phone that you DIDN'T ask for! When we asked for a specific brand (Samsung) they said "Yes, we can offer you this device with a b, c and this will be the costs". We received delivery - opened the box and it was NOT a Samsung! The branch was "Blue something - an brand never heard of) We called on the same of delivery and cancelled the "contract" (we do have 7 days after delivery to cancel, right??!!) We were told that they have booked the courier to collect the device - no reference for the courier, but a reference for the call (my husband's ID number). The times that we have called (more than 5 times already) this is the following feedback that we receive: 1. "Yes, we can see that the cancellation was processed on the same day of delivery" (to date no delivery has taken place) 2. "Sir, we don't see anything on the system for the ID number that you have supp****" - We are so annoyed at this stage, and the consultant then starts getting rude and personal! Needless to say it's going on the 3rd month of NO collection after numerous call's to them. We even went as far to offer that we will deliver the device to their doorstep, we were told "you are not allowed to"! Not even to mention that they still deducting the R500.00 for the contract! End of June will be the 3rd debit order going off of our account.

I'm so over this company and their lies. Unprofessional is an under statement!!
